Customer Reviews
So fresh and delicious!
I ordered a tartelette aux framboises and an éclair au chocolat for an afternoon treat. Oh my goodness, they were absolutely perfect! The tart was bursting with fresh berries, and the éclair was so rich and creamy. I will definitely be ordering again soon and telling all my friends about PAUL!
Consistently good quality
I've ordered from PAUL several times now, and they never disappoint. This time, I got a baguette Paul and a couple of croissants. Just like my previous orders, everything was fresh, flaky, and delicious. It's why I keep coming back – I know I can count on them for authentic French bakery items. Delivery took about 2 days.
Good deal on lunch
I was looking for a decent lunch without breaking the bank and decided to try PAUL. I picked up a sandwich mixte and a pain au chocolat with their lunch offer. It felt like a really good deal for the quality. The sandwich was fresh and the pain au chocolat was a nice sweet treat. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.
Mostly good, one small issue
I ordered a quiche lorraine and a couple of macarons. The quiche was really tasty, very flavorful and a generous portion. The macarons were also delightful, perfectly chewy. My only minor complaint was that one of the macarons was slightly cracked when it arrived, but it didn't affect the taste. Overall, a good experience and I'd order again for sure.
Easy pickup, tasty bread
Grabbed a pain de campagne last week for dinner. Used the click and collect, which was super easy. The bread was really good, nice and crusty on the outside, soft inside. Paired well with soup. No fuss, just a quick pick up and good bread, you know?
Paul Bakeries Community Discussion
Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
How do PAUL's croissants compare to, say, Le Pain Quotidien or Eric Kayser? Is there a big difference in taste or texture?
Does anyone know if PAUL does home delivery in New York City? Or is it just click and collect?
Anyone know if PAUL has gluten-free options? My friend is celiac and I want to make sure there's something for her if I bring stuff from there.
Does PAUL do any kind of late-day discount on their pastries or bread? I remember some bakeries do that to clear stock.
What's the deal with their loyalty program? Is it worth signing up for? How do you get points?
